Hello friends! Today's card is for the lawnscaping challenge #115 'Sentiments - Make Sentiments the focal point of your creation'. This is the first time participating in the lawnscaping challenge for me and since I really like the topics I'm gonna take part more often ;).
So, for the card I created a background blending the distress ink colors mustard seed, spiced marmelade, barn door and seedless preserves together. Then I die cut the 'happy birthday border' die from Lawn Fawn and added water sprinkles. After letting them dry for a few seconds I dabbed them off with a paper towel.
I added three balloons from the 'hello sunshine' stampset from Lawn Fawn and scattered Pretty Pink Posh sequins in marshmallow and sparkling clear. Last but not least I adhered the colorful piece of paper to a black cardbase.
Normally my cards are very centered but for this one I wanted to offset the images.
A very simple but eye-catching card. I think the design would also be perfect for mass creation :)
